Orders and Shipping

I've made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

We will allow 15 minutes after the order has been placed to make any changes. Once the fulfilment process begins, no changes can be made. Get in contact with us via email as soon as possible to make any changes.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Most orders are typically fulfilled and shipped in 4-5 business days as our products are printed on demand. Timeframes may vary depending on your region. If the product you select is not available in your region and requires international shipping, you are responsible for any customs fees.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided via email when your order is shipped.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

We do not accept exchanges and we only accept returns in exceptional circumstances, for instance if there is a flaw in the design print. All return requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If we approve your case, only then you may send your item back to us.
